Robusq

Residential development · South East Queensland

Homes we would want our own friends and family to live in.

Robusq acquires and develops family homes across South East Queensland. Small, deliberate, considered. We deliver a handful of homes at a time, and we give every one of them the care we would give our own.

Approach

Quality is the whole business.

We are developers, not builders. We take on a small number of sites, hold them to a standard we would accept in our own home, and see them through properly.

Site selection first

Every site is run through a full feasibility before we offer. If the numbers do not work, we walk.

Design for the street

Homes that sit properly in the suburb they belong to, not a floor plan dropped on a block.

Finishes that last

Stone, timber, real materials. We spend where the owner will feel it every day.

Straight dealing

Clean terms, fast decisions and clear answers, with agents, trades and partners alike.

About

Chaz Arachchi

Chaz has been developing property in Brisbane since 2014, from knockdown rebuilds through to a five storey residential project. Robusq is the result of that decade: a small development business centred on sites that stack up and homes that are finished properly.
